I really liked the fact that he does not try to sell it as some unique formula that the big guys don't want you to know or some kind of magic formula. The stuff at the beginning is aimedat new traders so I skipped most of that, but the bits on regression channels and some technical analysis were new to me. He then went to explain his two main ideas of swing trade days and magic days, which is when to make your trades. He also covered position sizing and risk management and gives you some software to help you work out how much to place on each position. I liked some of these ideas and leanred some new things and it has definitely improved my trading. On the down side, there are not many examples, so it can be a bit confusing until you get the hang of it.
